Hopefully a prescient prognosis for many of our obtuse obstructionists, posing as Congressmen and Congresswomen !

Unfortunately, wrong. With the stupid voters nowadays he’ll undoubtedly get reelected! And remember, he’s patterned after Teddy Kennedy and Tip O’Neill who kept getting reelected like clockwork!

Actually, BigChief is right. Started as a characters of Tip, then morphed into Teddy. Newt didn’t last long enough and came along a bit late.

At least Kennedy and Tip knew enough to work across the aisle: Social Security reform with Reagan and No Child Left Behind with Bush. Except for the alcohol, Belfry is more of a get me elected now politician. Just wants to stay in the job, not help the country.

No, George didn’t play golf. He just “cut brush” at his “ranch”, taking more vacation days than any recent president, including Obama. And if you think ANY president “vacations”, you aren’t paying attention.

It is almost funny the matters of polls (almost always wrong, and the mainstream do not do polls), of this guy up, this guy down, etc. Most persons knew who they would vote for six or more months ago. The media circus is exactly that.
My estimation of what is going to happen tuesday is based upon two things which have been ignored.
The first is that we have roughly one quarter of the U.S. population who was working in 2008 who is not working now. That is Depression-level. (The Great Depression had 22% of the population out of work, by comparison.) The despair of having no work, having no prospects for work, has been ignored by the Democrats. All one hears from them is “recovery” when none exists and various blame games about the economy. No compassion whatsoever has been shown that quarter of our nation who is unemployed by the Democrats. Just smokescreens about how “good” it is.
Can you imagine how those ~25% feel at being ignored? And how they will vote?
The second is that most retirees’ savings, 401k’s, pensions and other retirements have been drastically cut or even obliterated. That group, many of whom now live hand to mouth, when they were doing well in 2008, is going to have a reason to vote for someone who will restore them.
Thus I would guess that 49 states will go to Romney. California will go for Obama, because of 13 million Mexican Nationals who, while they are not supposed to vote, will vote.
The question is: what will happen after that?
