   With Charlie Brown it’s usually his pitching that makes him the worst player. Skyler needs to hit leadoff to avoid hitting into those inning-ending and rally-killing double and tripple plays.

    Losing and adversity is funny. No one laughs at a winner. Losing is painful. Laughter helps us deal with the pain.

    People also find things that they can relate to funnier. More people identify with being a loser, than a winner. Ergo, losers are funnier.

    I’m laughing with them, not at them. Winners OTOH, might be laughing at them.
