    I heard as a Las Vegas joke, the guy drives into Vegas with a Cadillac and leaves on a 250,000$ vehicle, the Greyhound Bus.

    I don’t have a car. I rent when I need one. Woman, a Caddy-driver on our first date, looked around the bus and said, “So this is what one of these looks like on the inside.”

    We laugh about it now. Well, she does.

    Also another oldie (some years, note the car model/price) for gmartin:

    An 18-years-old UCalgary student was trying to get his father to buy him a new Audi 4000 so he could impress his girlfriend, stating “it’ll really impress her when I pick her up in a $18,000 car”. Dad retorted, “son that’s nothing, I used to take your mum out lots in a $110,000 bus!”
