Whether the “war” on drugs and forfeiture, the “war” on child porn and listing the accused as “sex offenders” whether or not proved innocent, the “war” on terror and the Patriot Act, or the “war” on poverty and the “bailouts” and “stimulus”, all these “wars” are lame excuses to take away constitutional rights (with the general consensus that rights can be taken away temporarily in time of war as Lincoln did).
