Now the comics are spreading the fear, hysteria and lies about global warming. And they accuse republicans of spreading fears. Liberals are much worse.
And shoe used to be my favorite comic strip.

Warm? We’ve had some mighty good cold and snow in Colorado these last couple of winters. If any of us are around when things cool down, that will be a whole new hysteria. It seems our country thrives on panic, at least the way media presents it.

We just had amonth with NO sunspots.
One of the last times this happeneed was about 1849.
Ever hear of the “Maunder Minimum”? Or “1850 & froze to death”? The year with NO summer. People starved.

I’ve decided to not worry about global warming until Greenland gets green again.

I love that he’s talking to the audience and getting involved in politics … in other words ,,, “we’ve stolen and rehashed every joke our small minds could and now we’re combing the headlines from 2002 for material. ”
This strip is a mockery. The Mac Nelly estate’s greed has completely tarnished the legacy of this once proud strip. Please retire.

The worst idea of all was giving a ‘comment’ section for morons to display their ignorance!

It’s satire people. It’s a comic strip. I can’t believe people are commenting on comic strips as if it were real life. Same with the comic strip For Better and For Worse. It’s a comic. Not real. Don’t like the story line or the strip just keep looking and you’ll fine another strip just as offensive.

Why are you morons making every little thing a political issue, especially those of you on the (ehem..) right . Sorry but the world does not revolve around your political view points. Besides, global warming isn’t a liberal or conservative issue, it effects all us where we care to believe it or not!!

Seems a little naive to think we can take all the filthy dirty oil and coal (read: carbon) that has been sequestered away under the Earth’s surface for 100 million years and throw it into the atmosphere at the ridiculous rate we have been without any ramifications. It’s all a myth. The Asian Brown Cloud is a myth too. La la la I live consequence free la la la.

Funny how testy some folks become when it comes to satire. Were visionary people testy? Nope, just the narrow-minded who live in denial (denial makes testiness even worse). No matter on which side of the political spectrum.
Hey, this comment is also satire! Can’t be testy again now, you hear me? No sense of humour? Can’t laugh about yourself? Oh, you’re right. Some can’t. Sorry about that. Must be hard to live so paranoid.
