    It depends on the margins. You can only do the lawsuit thing if the difference in votes is under 1% (though the GOP kept a lot of lawyers fat and happy in Minnesota in the 08 senate race). I think the difference will be higher this time.

I was hoping going to a non-English speaking country would shield me from the constant gawking over here (what am I thinking, Austria isn’t far enough. If Morty is this clued up on the American elections, I guess his Germanic cousins across the border won’t be any different. Ach, Scheiße)

    Probably. But right now, I’m thoroughly enjoying Bellow Reilly on Faux News doing his standard, “Well, if the GOP had followed my orders, they would have gotten Romney…was that his name, Romney….into the White House.”

    Well, there was a discussion on TV last night with former Austrian ambassadors to the US. Fortunately, my German isn’t so well developed to understand what was being said so I skipped it! In comparison to the UK coverage here is muted. And since the win was quite clear cut, it’s settled.
    Good.
