Given the way they all mistreated women, the sign should have read Scumalot

4me best shot I seen so far…JFK & RFK both bedded the same women. Some say even, Jackie (??)

Not meaning to be a twit, but whose business is the private sex life of someone else? Like all you guys have been pure as the driven snow? Give it a rest and focus on the public life which in fact IS everybody’s business.

Agreed, fennec. Besides, it’s hardly limited to one party, oh holier-than-thou partisans.

JFK was a cold warrior…We won based on his dream. Now another democrat wants to throw it away

Ted Kennedy is the only true shovel ready project for the Obama misadministration.

I just hope that Mary Jo K. will be waiting at the gates of Hell for “Uncle Teddy” with a box of red-hot pokers…Maybe then the creature (I can’t force myself to use the word “man” when talking about him!!!) will finally get the Justice he ran circles around in this world.
Good riddance to bad rubbish in my opinion!!!!

Obnoxious? Nope, it’s the true portrait of the drunken, unapologetic murderer and the socialist regime’s leader that this nation is rotting under. 233 years of evolution of this great nation reversed in seven months. How’s that CHANGE working for you??

And he’s missed my warning. Though - who on Earth is he talking about? Bush? Nixon? Reagan?

I have no opinion on Kennedy as I don’t know the man (although of course I’ve heard of him a great deal) but can I be amused by the talk of the “next Kennedy”?
Are you sure you’re a republic? Sounds awfully like you have a monarchy over there.
There’s the Bush dynasty, the Kennedy dynasty, Clinton dynasty…

Much safer than the pearly gate tributes. It limits the legacy to that of American mythology.

If you didn’t catch the news, go see Scott Stantis at the Chicago Tribune as of this week. The fellow got himself a promotion.

He’s an interesting conservative ‘toonist because he isn’t “party line”. I read his “Prickly City”, often disagree with it, but recognize a basic intellectual integrity in it.

I would say “consistency of view” rather than “integrity,” but generally agree. He definitely has some talent. Nice to see a paper adding a cartoonist – the decrease in on-staff editorial cartoonists is horrible.

Funny to see Ted Rall quoted in the article (since he’s president of the association) praising Stantis, which is classy!
Personally, I’d have picked Steve Benson as being closer to MacNelly in style and content, but hey, let’s not be shackled by the past…
