   I just realized the realtors who handle that neighbor are really, really good at their jobs. Either that, or they offer cheap houses with cash up front because they know the tenants won’t be there too long. At least not in one piece.

   It’s high time Leopold just rolled with this Creepy LG thing … sees what comes of it. Heck, at the very least, imagine what a little dynamo she must be in the sack! … not to mention, she’d obviously appreciate the importance of a seventh-inning stretch.
