Savage Chickens began on a rainy day in October 2004 when, after one too many migraines, Doug Savage scribbled two chickens on a sticky note. Almost eight years and 2000 cartoons later, Savage Chickens is now a popular website with millions of readers. Savage still draws every cartoon on yellow sticky notes, and his cartoons cover an eclectic range of topics, including: work, psychology, arachnophobia, pop culture, cats, time travel, love, zombies, and more.

At home YOU choose what’s on the screen.

Generally speaking, home screens/computers have decent video and a reasonable number of pixels. Office machines are usually cast offs from the upper management, who need the latest and greatest to surf porn and keep track of their stocks. And some, like a couple I’ve known, spend their time at the office playing games and managing stocks as day traders. The worker bees, who actually perform the functions these “persons” are getting paid for, have to do the work with whatever garbage the “important” people don’t want any more. So YES, it’s a relief to get home to something that doesn’t give you a headache.
