   I still remember the folks demonstrating back in Dec 1999, they really seemed to believe it

   (Those 00’s - so big and round.. must be the end)

   But then again, maybe the world did end and we all got seamlessly transported to another so no one knows :-)

   When are the next end of world events?

   Mayan I think is 2012 (either end of world or their calendar resets)

   and then you have 2036 (end of world according to UNIX/ Linux and Mac OS 7-9 users)
