    There could be many reasons she does not want an invite. Tho she and Jimbo are not newly together they sometimes act that way as much as we, or as cookienut suggests, she could have taken a dislike, or she could simply have too much on her calendar already, or she could expect something like Amway or sales of something else she will be obliged to buy.
