   It looks as if Rose already has had a few too many cups.
   Apparently, her exercise program isn’t working well, nor is her eating regimen. Maybe she should eat more nuts …berries, even (Snagglepuss)

   I prefer citrus in the morning to coffee, and on workout days like this, will have a light breakfast of 1 egg over easy with a breakfast bar and just a little more fruit.

    That is me before my morning shower. I’m not much of a morning person and without the shower to finish waking me up, all anyone gets is a glare and a grunt.
