   All the comic book reading girls I knew in the 70’s read Archie and that genre. Where were the girls who appreciated Spidey, the art of Jack Kirby, and the Marval/DC universe when I was a kid. /sigh

    When I was a kid, I was astonished to hear that a doctor had died. Doctors didn’t get sick.

    My friend is a high school teacher. Whenever any of his students notice he has a shopping bag from a retail store, they’d automatically boycott that store because it’s now uncool – the teacher shops there, ew.

    I saw a Real Sex special on HBO where one hottie in a harness (and high heels!) claimed to be an Elemenatry School teacher right before going on stage for a beauty contest!
