   Dear everyone,

   
   I have been extremely busy at my job this week and have had little time to draw. As a result I may not actually have enough time to give you a whole seven days worth of material this week (For those of you who are new here, I do 100% of my tooning at work).

   
   I am trying to get stuff together quickly for this week but may fall short. If that happens then you will see some older Rogue here. Thanks for your understanding. Derrick

   Hey Derrick, speaking as a fellow Sherpa cartoonist, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND! You’ve been an excellent trooper on here with remarkable consistency, so if you have to take some days off you’ve earned it ! I’m in a similar situation, that’s why I haven’t been posting any new toons lately. The realities of being an unpaid (and seemingly overlooked) Sherpa cartoonist can sometimes bump this stuff down on my personal priority list. And constantly seeing new non-Sherpa strips added to the Gocomics line-up hasn’t exactly been the most encouraging thing also. Sometimes I just don’t get it. There are several strips on Sherpa I can name right now that are better than some strips already on GoComics. Sherpa has strips that are funny enough, have had amazing consistency, some with excellent artwork (and I mean excellent!)..all of the ingredients you’d think they are looking for. I just can’t believe all of the strips on Sherpa are simply not good enough for GoComics. I just can’t wrap my mind around that.

    Hey, that’s pretty good thinking, even for an adult. A 3yr old! Exellent. I didn’t think of anything that smart. I just figured snake was SOL. Bet he had a difficult time at the urinal, too.
