I wouldn’t quite call her “popular” in Greek circles.

Germany’s debts — in cash and blood – were forgiven after WWII and the country actively rebuilt with outside money. Germany feels no obligation to use ‘her’ money in a similar fashion.
    -
What goes around comes around, Ms. Merkel. Except when it doesn’t.

But first, Germany’s Nazi government was eradicated. The “can” wasn’t kicked down the road, it was changed. Will you replace Greece’s government? If not, what will change? Why would you think anything would change if you just kick the same can down the road?

Don’t blame the creditor. Greece owes Germany 86 billion Euros. It’s pathetic the way they try to make it her fault. Pay up, losers

    Libs:
“I blame Visa for lending me money when I needed it and now because I’m lazy and don’t produce anything, I blame Visa again for my credit debt!”

Greece should have never been allowed into the Eruo Zone. Now they both have to deal with a problem they both created. They deserve each other.

Guy brings his torn pants into a tailor shop.
    .
    Tailor sez, “Euripides?”
    .
    Guy sez, “Yeah. Eumenides?”

One of the people that made out like bandits on that Greek deal was Goldman Sachs, as usual. Google it.

The worlds richest always seem to make out like bandits whenever a serious problem happens to a country or a people.
That’s what making out like bandits means!

I heard that one from 4 or 5 comedians over the years, and, Hiram, it’s still damn funny!
