This redefines ‘cheap shot’ on so many levels.

The loony liberals will try to blame this on Bush, jr when it is obviously entirely Obama’s fault. You’d think Bush, jr had signed a bill making it illegal to deport children from states not adjacent to the US, resulting in a huge quagmire that’s beyond the capacity of the existing immigration system to handle as children from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala flee to the US to escape gangs that want to force them to join the gang and kill or be killed.

And all Obama can do is try to get the Congress to hand him $3.7 billion to squander.

No one puts the spotlight on those thugs who make false promises, take the money, and pack these children off, nor about the Mexicans who take more money to shuttle them along, push them over the border, and say “You’re on your own”.

Gee, it’s raining. Must be Obama’s fault. Global warming doesn’t exist, but if it did, it would be Obama’s fault. Americans are fatter and stupider than ever (proof: look how many people watch Fox news… makes ‘em stupid and fat at the same time): must be Obama’s fault. MY suggestion: start looking in the mirror instead of blaming everything on Obama.

I used to respect Ariail. But Ariail used to read up and get the facts before he began to draw. The last couple weeks have been regurgitating memes instead of commenting on the actual news. Come on, man. Get back to work.

And HOW long have we been trying to get Congress to do something about Immigration Reform?

If Congress doesn’t want to give him a blank check to continue a failed immigration policy THEN CHANGE THE blipping IMMIGRATION LAWS!!
It’s what OUR taxes are going into THEIR paychecks for.

But if Obama does anything about those problems then Boener will just add those overreaches of authority to the lawsuit.

The President is enforcing existing law (Put into place during the Bush administration) but immigration simply does not have the resources to handle the influx. There is no simple solution but the 3 billion would allow them to gear up. Congress also needs to address immigration and fix the law. The President’s hands are tied until Congress steps up and does something. Most likely the only thing they will do is step up their bashing of the President and try to sue him in between ridiculous Benghazi investigations and votes to revoke the ACA.

The Dems irrationally blamed GWB for everything that went wrong. Sadly the GOP is now doing the same to Obama. Both Fox News and MSNBC operate as propaganda machines. They should be disregarded as newsworthy as they do not inform nor enlighten.

The 3 billion would simply provide care for those already here, while doing nothing to stop the continuing influx.

How’s about that Super Activist Congress run by Super Boehner Man sends some legislation down to the pool hall for the President to sign?
    -
How’s about the editorial Toonists here illustrate a few viable suggestions to a serious national problem — an international problem — instead of illustrating the Fox Rush Noize?
    -
How’s about the Supreme Catholic Court of America attend the plights of We the People instead of Them the Top 100 Corporations?

This toon is right on the president should not take any time off for himself; after all our congress is working 24/7 to get things done.

I guess it is easier to draw one person goofing off (Obama) than the whole congress while your system implodes. But then the name of the game is getting political cheap shots so you can ignore the real problems.

This toon is absolutely reprehensible. Pres. Obama gets 1 hand & 1 leg tied behind him & then told he’s not doing his job. No matter what he does in regards to reforming immigration this do nothing congress should be the ones getting sued for shirking their duties. Just keep playing these games & Republicans worst nightmare will be fulfilled as we address the next Pres. Hillary Clinton.

You guys can huff and puff all you want about who to blame, but the situation is not going to change until such time as conditions change in Mexico and Central America. As long as the people South of our border consider that the risk of coming here is less than the risk of staying where they are, they will continue to come.
