How much are these hearings costing?
Last week I heard that Daryl Issa called 16 witnesses that all said the same thing..Obama was not involved. How many more witnesses do you need?

You could add greed and ambition to that list.

37 is a good number. That’s how many times the house has voted to repeal Obamacare. Or maybe 42 ??

Why are any political organizations allowed favorable tax status?
    -
And, why doesn’t Issa, or Gowdy, read the actual law and insist that the IRS un-‘interpret’ what it says?

“If it OK for the military sex abuse cases it’s OK for the IRS.”

Except that the IRS isn’t raping conservatives. They’re doing that to each other.

Called up the Breitbart video on “Gowdy explodes”,, hmm, reminded me of the old adage, if his brain was dynamite, he couldn’t blow his nose.

My favorite news item on the IRS was when they said they lost some receipts for one of their conferences.
I’ve thought for decades, they need more and better oversight; it’s amazing they went so long without enough.

Golly those “socialists” like Hamilton and Jefferson et al, giving the Congress the ability to levee taxes in the main body of the Constitution.

“How many more witnesses do you need?”
However many it takes until he gets one that testifies the way he wants. Just like the original Inspector General’s report, it was specifically instructed to look only at CONservative groups, NOT to look at all groups, CONS & Liberals, just CONS. This has been a manufactured crisis and a witch hunt since the beginning. I am afraid that the republicans beating this issue in their partisan nature are going to turn off enough people to the point where the real tragedy will be forgotten. But hey, its beats the republicans having to do any REAL WORK!.

“…giving the Congress the ability to levee taxes in the main body of the Constitution.”
Now you’re just talking silly stuff. Don’t ya know the only parts of the Constitution that mean anything at all are the parts the republicans quote when it is in their favor?
