There’s an idea…dump the entire useless lot of them on a cruise ship and leave them out there until they agree to actually DO something!
The other perfect metaphor for "Con"gress is that they are like the Whale Tank at Sea World! “Several Tons of Performing Blubber, Circling Endlessly, but Getting Absolutely NOWHERE!”russell5419 said, 3 months ago
BINGO !!! Mr. Ariail you win a prize.

Better than Mr. Anderson’s comment this morning.
Maybe we should put the legislature on the Carnaval Triumph until they pass some useful legilsation. My compliments to Mr. Arial for finally turning this floating hotel/casino story into a comparison of something important and relevant.
Respectfully,
C.

Be nice, dude. Besides, C. does have a point that I can agree with: Put both sides of a branch of Congress (I don’t think both would be able to fit on a ship without it listing to one side) on there and maybe, just maybe, they’d learn to compromise.

It’s what happens to bills submitted by Republicans. We can thank the dems for the current state of the nation.

Always whining like a little girl, huh little Miss Ima. It’s you stinking republicans who have done nothing to help our country. You fools are the ones who brought the sequester about with your whining about not raising the national debt limit in 2011.

Carnival Cruise Lines is definitely as incompetent as the house led by Crybaby Boehner, the laziest, drunken speaker of the house. Yep Carnival shows us just how proficient private business can be.

carnival is crap. another black eye for budget cruises. plus, the number of stories of crime(petty and serious) committed by the crew. the passengers can’t really sue the line since the boat is registered either panama or liberia.

Notice how it’s the GOP dream cruise: the ship is registered in Panama, flying a Bahamian flag, and all passengers signed away their right to sue before boarding.
