Why the Confederate battle flag instead of the Confederacy National flag?

It has been tried many places, and churches have divided by schism innumerable times, God knows how many. Any progress is an opportunity for a reactionary power grab! If it is new, by definition it has yet to become popular. Real leaders do not follow the popular, they lead.

Continue with this schism thing, pretty soon therelle be one church per person.
(Hey, good idea….)

Arthur C. Clark makes a pretty good case for the point that ANYONE who believes in Religion is functionally Insane!

L. Ron Hubbard (the same L. Ron in Scientology) wrote a sci fi series called “Mission Earth” that is not very complimentary of organized religion.

Unless, of course, it was HIS organized religion that you were sending all your money to.

I think he started Scientology just to prove how foolish man can be when it comes to organized religion.

I think you are probably quite correct, as L. Ron Hubbard (who was indeed a very good Sci-FI writer) stated that if you wanted to be truly wealthy then you should start your own religion.
And with that in his mind, I greatly suspect that he started Scientology to prove his point!

he’s hoping you’ll take his inference and think they’re racists for not toeing the line.

“Why the Confederate battle flag instead of the Confederacy National flag?”
Which of the two is more recognizable to more people? To most people, the flag Ariail used most represents the Confederacy.

Never knew there were 2 confederate flags….
