    Only a dollar and dime for George for sort of trespassing, huh? As for the twins, what happened to make them about three months apart?

    @TEMPLO S.U.D.

    If George had asked permission, they would have said no.

    Maybe one twin had a medical problem and had to be delivered early.

    Here’s the twins’ story.

    About a 3 and a half minute read.

    Thus gave rise to the saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away!”

    We had a rep from Florida where I worked whose wife delivered one twin in Nov of one year and the other in January of the next year.

    I’ve heard of “Irish twins,” but…

    Probably fraternal twins. As long as they are in the womb at the same time, they are considered twins and this spread isn’t unusual. If they are identical twins though, it’s very unusual.

    About $.01 per floor … no doubt – he would NOT have been given permission. I think he started quite early in the morning, with few ‘security’ personnel around – and, of course, it was much less than now …

    These days the guy would have been charged $100 per floor – it’s all about the revenue! Just like traffic fines and other fees, the city’s gotta bring in that ‘hidden’ tax money!

    Holding an apple in your armpit for any length of time was no picnic either!

    Why would anyone accept that apple?

    I guess one of the babies was like “It is too crowded in here I am leaving”…One the tower climber thing now days they would have called in the SWAT team and shot him off the tower all while calling him a terrorist. The world sure has changed. I for one do not like the change.
