    And Americans oppose improving our roads. Take for example U.S. 202 not far north of Philadelphia. There was a stretch that was supposed to be realigned into a 65-mph expressway, to be opened by 1972.
    It wasn’t realigned until 2012, and it was reduced to a 40-mph 2-lane parkway with 5-foot shoulders, and with curves so sharp that the new road is actually inferior to the road that it replaced.

    Exactly how would any sane person come up with a stunt that involved swallowing a sword and pulling a van using the sword??? Hang on I think I just answered my own question.
