The Emperor Nero banned Mimes from the city of Rome.
Ugo Chavez INVITED them into the city of Caracas.
There’s a deeper mening here, but I’m not quite sure what it is.

I heard about the note thing, apparently he panicked and drove off before the police eventually caught up to him.

I’ve heard of reports of would be Bank Robbers write the stick-up note on the back of their own Deposit Slip for same Bank.

There was news of how a Teller was able to talk the Robber into showing his ID with Home address before she could give him the money, he did, and rhe Polcie were waiting for him when he returned home.
