Ripley's Believe It or Not has been presenting the incredible and the unusual in illustrated form since Robert Ripley's first "Champs and Chumps" comic published on Dec. 19, 1918. Currently, B.I.O.N. is illustrated by John Graziano, who has been working as an artist and illustrator since 1983, when he received a certificate in illustration from the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts. He has designed trading card sets and a portrait series based on the 1960s cult TV show "Dark Shadows." John has also created comic strips for "Scream Queens" magazine, designed t-shirts graphics and created storyboards and concept drawings for Hollywood films. Researcher Lucas Stram has worked since 2004 as the voice behind the cartoon, reviewing potential stories, filtering through the hundreds of weekly submissions and putting together the stories for John to bring to life. New submissions are always welcome. Just click here.

They stole Mt Rushmore from the indians and put their graffitti on it.

The injuns weren’t doing anything productive with it so we did them a favor and took it off their hands!

Wonder how much Crazy Horse Mountain is costing? They’re not taking any government money for it and it will be many times larger than Mt. Rushmore.
CHAZ.SHIELDS said, 8 months ago
allowing for inflation since 1927 Rushmore would cost $12 Million today. Not even enough to cover all the mandated government studies and regulations that would be needed to get a building permit.

How much is it costing us to maintain it: repairs, upkeep of park and trails, restrooms, etc.?

After thinking about it, we didn’t steal anything, we fought for it and they lost; and we’ve been apologizing ever since. The South lost the Civll WAr, but I’ve heard no apologies from the North. To the victor goes the spoils, as they say.

The South started the Civil War. The Native Americans were just minding their own business when the palefaces came in and started robbing and murdering. Big dif, eh.

That was their sacred Black mountain, like a natural church. Native Americans, Indians ( Columbus got it wrong, it wasn’t India.)
-Not to be confused with the title “emperor of China” (皇帝, Huángdì) or with Shi Huangdi, the first emperor to hold the title.

The Yellow Emperor or Huangdi1 is a legendary Chinese sovereign and culture hero,34 included among the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors.5 Tradition holds that he reigned from 2697–25976 or 2696–2598 BC.1 His cult became prominent in the late Warring States and early Han period, when he was portrayed as the originator of the centralized state, a patron of esoteric arts, a cosmic ruler, and a lord of the underworld. Traditionally credited with numerous inventions and innovations,7 he is regarded as the initiator of Chinese civilization8 and said to be the ancestor of all Huaxia Chinese.9
-Some Esoterists claim that the machines depicted the Yellow Emperor using including moving tripods and a communications system that uses to the moon means he was some kind of extraterrestrial. Others say he had four-eyes too and came here to start the dictator system and even casts too. Silly things but interesting as well.

It would take 14 year just for the mandated government studies.

Really, really needed all that on a comic strip.

Whether or not anyone stole Mount Rushmore, the sculptor ‘put a good face on it’, four faces in fact!
