Congradulations, it’s a cyst
Getting rid of it was ’cyst’ematic, but she needed a’cyst’ance!
The eaten locust doesn’t have a leg to stand on (a leg on which to stand). Oh wait, that’s all it has!
The ‘early’ locust has a leg up on the others!
Shouldn’t it be 14 – feet rowboat since it’s plural?I hope this doesn’t start a ‘row’ among us.row Colloquial A noisy or turbulent quarrel; a brawl; fuss
So, then, a 100-meter race should be a 100-meters race, a 20-dollar bill should be a 20-dollars bill, a 10-carat diamond should be a 10-carats diamond, a 3-week vacation should be a 3-weeks vacation, and a 2-pound trout should be a 2-pounds trout?
Migrations based on hunger and fear? Isn’t that how the best migrations start?
I thought nobody would touch that one with a 10 – foot pole, but now that you mention it… However, there’s a distinction to be made. Foot and feet are singular and plural forms. Yours are just s added to each word. You’re ‘up the creek without a paddle’ for your rowboat of 14 foot! I hope you enjoy your race of 100 meter, bill of 20 dollar, diamond of 10 carat, vacation of 3 week, and the trout of 2 pound. I’m speaking entirely in jest; there is no offense intended, but the best defense is a good offense. Thank you for your response.
..yummmmm. i’ve had better, but it was dipped in chocolate at the time
I’ll bet if Jane had a nickel for everytime she was asked when she was due or for every person putting their hands on her stomach, she could afford the surgery without needing insurance.
