The Adventure Comic Strip is Back -- With a Twist -- in "Rip Haywire."
Rip Haywire is a soldier of fortune, a brave, square-jawed man of honor who lives for danger. Accompanied on adventures of chance by his cowardly dog TNT and his venomous ex-girlfriend Cobra, Rip tracks down lost treasure, takes down madmen and takes on any job that promises heart-pounding action, peril and intrigue! And, of course, humor.

Steve Canyon, Race Bannon, and, now, Rip Haywire. A proud addition to the lineup of cartoon pilots.

Snap out of it Rip, before you fly into the McRib storage facility! Egad, what a mess.

If he flies a chopper he will rip some wires, hey?

Know what? I’d take submarine piloting lessons if my ‘Cobra’ wanted me to! Anyway, looks like Rip’s coming around.

I laughed out loud at this one. A literal guffaw. Fortunately, there aren’t many people in the office today.

…don’t eat m&m’s while flying that chopper Rip, otherwise you’ll be eating w&w’s.

However do to the lift factor of the rotowing you can’t fly upside down without falling.

So where is Rip gonna park the chopper? I wanna see him land at the supermarket or something equally daft! :-)

…good movie…“catch you later” !

You can do a barrel roll in some choppers. Whether you can stay upside down is another matter.

Given the physics of rotary wing aircraft lift, I doubt flying upside down is a long-term flight mode.
