    I saw a posting for a job that got similarly abbreviated until you clicked for the full text. The brief version ended with “previous sales experience would be an ass…”

    There’s a period after the abbreviation.

    I used to be a member of an Assemblies of God congregation. The leaders at the AG HQ said that one should be careful how they abbreviated “Assembly.”

    I had “Assem of God” on my US Army Dog Tags.
