One of the best things about this strip is its disregard for timing the cartoons to current holidays.
In my youth, I would pick greeting cards for their amusement value rather than their correctness. For example, a birthday card meant for a teenager given to my mother, because it was funnier than all the “mom” birthday cards. That never worked as well as I’d hoped.
Now I just leave that kind of quirky disregard for mere detail to Dan Reynolds and give my wife mediocre birthday cards on her birthday.

Ray C….these are not current….they’re ‘reruns’ so they’re not in any order

poohkid is right. As I’ve said about a million times, I’m a subscriber to Dan Reynolds’ daily cartoon email and that is the only way to get the current, up to date cartoons.

I will say a lot of times you may also get a, say, Christmas cartoon in July, too. THe nice thing about his daily email is that you not only get the great cartoons, you also get the commentary from him and other things like reprints and original offers.

    How’s that for a commercial?! I want a cut!

I’d like to think I am. I’ve bought an original and some reprints and proudly have them hanging in my home.

I’ve seen Tigger on this site and I think she’s a pretty big fan as well as eardroppings.

I’m also a big fan of Speed Bump and the Flying McCoys. Actually, of all the cartoonists, art-wise, I’d say Glenn McCoy has the best artwork.
