If they pull their pork too much they’ll go blind.

Anybody…I am thinking this is an American term. What does Pulled Pork signify?

the pork is slow cooked in barbeque sauce until it is so moist that you can pull it apart.

~You use a pork shoulder and slow cook it over charcoal for about six hours, using hickory chips to add a smokey flavor. You put a spice rub on the meat before you begin cooking it, my husband used brown sugar, paprika, salt, and chilli powder. You make the barbeque sauce separately, and after the meat is done, and is so tender that you can pull it apart with two forks, you mix it with the barbeque sauce and serve it, generally on buns. The meat comes out tender, yet still juicy. It’s wonderful!
Nice little valentine heart, btw.

Thanks so much!
Mrs. Tubbsbottl says her tummy sings in anticipation.
I shall endeavor to do your recipe honours.
About the Valentine heart, I thought it nice for the holiday.
And now…..Awaaaaaay to the market what?

Fenyugreek - If you google “Moonlite Inn, Owensboro, Ky” you can order barbeque of any form you can imagine. They are quite famous and tour buses traveling through there usually have it on their agenda.
