Max Cannon was born in England, but has lived most of
his adult life in Tucson, Arizona. He is the author of three
cartoon book collections from St. Martin�s Griffin, and his
award-winning alternative comic strip, RED MEAT, appears
in over 80 print publications worldwide. He recently produced
the animated series �Shadow Rock� for Comedy Central.
However, Mr. Cannon is better known to gardeners for his
extensive work as a botanical liquid organic extract than
