Religion survives in the modern era because of tradition, emotion, but most vitally because of prophecy. Who would be so foolish as to mock ancient texts as they prove themselves right before our eyes? Now that study is “applied thought”.

This strip is “ironic” and good. Ancient texts and prophecy belong in the fiction section along with creation “science”
