    I refer to it as drowning worms. And up until a few years ago here in Texas you did not have to have a fishing license if you used a cane pole (well, no reel actually) and were within one county of your home if I remember the rules correctly. It was that way so the poor folk could catch their supper.

    Funny that you have the delusion that it was the Republicans who waged war on the poor, when it is actually the Democrats who exploit the poor ruthlessly, and work hard to keep them poor. If there were no poor, the Democrats would lose a lot of their power, so they work hard to keep people poor, and to increase the number of people who are poor.
