At this time of night, it’s probably just test patterns, anyway…so go to bed, boys!

@catfeet Holy crap, are you even older than I am? Most stations are 24/7 now, and have been since the late 1980s.

I was lucky enough to have a TV in my room, and it came with an earplug so nobody else could hear it. With the other ear free, I could hear someone coming, and turn it off, and fake sleep.

Test pattern is old. Should I tell him about having only having three networks all in black and white? You are talking to the Red and Rover generation.

When I was at a dangerous age CBC was experimenting with color broadcasts by showing soft porn after midnight. Missed a lot of sleep after Mom and Dad went to bed!!
