Dogs are so patient – then again, what else do they have to do?

Would be wonderful to be able to just sleep with your sick kid all day, would it not?

You obviously don’t have a dog.

    Touching.

Such loyalty. Cats just sniff at you, and wonder when you’re getting up to feed them.

My cat’s been known to cuddle me when I’m sick.

If I’m in bed all day, my cat is by my side. He enjoys cuddling.

I frequently give my cat little kisses on her nose. Some mornings, when she wants us out of bed, she pushes her nose against my lips. That’s why she’s my favorite girl.

Maybe, but cats still can take care of themselves more than what a dog can. You don’t have to make sure, that someone else takes your cat out for a walk, if you’re too sick to do it yourself. Because unlike dogs, you can just let a cat out on its own.
