Cruel? Maybe Rover loves pulling Red. Maybe they’ve been taking turns. The lady does not know their situation – yet rushes to judgement. SOOO like some well-meaning, well-intentioned socially active busybodies. Next she’ll start a petition, and introduce legislation. Unless an Executive Order is issued first.
