   I prefer the older Gimbels Thanksgiving Parade in Philadelphia, which predated Macy’s by 3 years (1920 vs. 1923).
   After a few changes in sponsorship, it’s now known as the 6abc Dunkin’ Donuts Thanksgiving Day Parade.
