It’s nothing that a little creamed filling wouldn’t cure!

I never did that with my Oreo, for if I did, all I would be left with would be 2 lousy tasting chocolate cookies.

Chocolate, in any form, is bad for dogs. Yes, I know this is just a cartoon.

And a glass of milk to boot. Nice one. Oreos without milk? Not for this dairy farm boy.

Yes he is Red.

@PoorPig
So, let your dog lick the cream filing off your Oreos, then eat the chocolate cookies yourself!

I never liked doing that and soon stopped. But the milk, or cold water are indispensable with them.

A cookie, a dog and a rat story.
I opened a cookie like that and gave my dog the plain half. He looked at me then bent down and placed the lesser cookie on the ground and just looked at me.
He knew I had kept the better part.
Years later I had my pet rat out on the bed with me. Same
thing! I opened a cookie, broke off some and gave her the plain part. She looked at me, put the piece of cookie down! Just the way my dog had done.
THey BOTH knew that I had kept the part with the icing on it!
I found out that rats and dogs have about the same level of smarts.
