Never – I mean NEVER volunteer for anything.
It’ll get you doing women’s work and Rover running for cover. Can’t believe he’s afraid of the vacuum cleaner.

Dogs hate the sound a vacum cleaners because of the high pitch sound it makes.

They want to mow the lawn when they are too young and don’t want to when they get old enough to operate the mower!

Womens’ Work?! Bite your tongue infidel!

I grew up on a farm where Women’s Work could be anyone’s
job and any female could do anything from feeding chickens to driving farm machinery!

One of my cats is totally unafraid of vacuums and will even guard hercatnip toys from it by hissing and swatting at the machine.

My Dad’s sisters and his youngest brother’s wife did men’s work when they lived on the farms.
A lot of so-called “women’s work” was originally done by me. Men were the original clerks who worked in offices and they took dictation, too.
When we lived on farms, Mom did some of the farm chores, too. Mom could milk a cow by hand as well as Dad could.

Oh, My Younger Brother learned not to be fast at the punch… Dad made him pay big time when dad asked us what a term in another language meant/ My younger Brother shouted out; “Water with Ice!” Dad siad, Correct, now get a glass Please.
He also got stuck in Fatman’s Squeeze in Fairyland Acres at Rock City.
My eldest Brother and I were actually rolling on the gorund lauging after he fell in the mud hole for the pigs.He was thrashing about for about 5 minutes until he realized all he had to do was stand up, place his hands on the ground and pull up. He did make it to our side of the fence just before our Sow jumped in the mud hole.

Hey, it was a long time ago, that we last got to see Red’s brother. His name is Martin, right?
And yeah, think about what you ask for, Red.
