    1) He doesn’t reside in the US or any where, where he would be taxed.
    2) All the toys are handmade.
    3) The North Pole workshop/village is self sufficient. (Don’t ask me how, it’s just a theory.)

    The IRS once tried to tax 2 little girls’ lemonade stand. They only stopped because of bad press.
