Great Herons have two phases, white and blue. This a a white phase. If they are going to have wine and spirits, I like Le Manchot Gris – The Tipsy Penguin. Gris is slang for drunk and not just the word for ‘gray’.

“New” Trix in a strip that takes back in the 50’s/60’s? Original was 3 colors/flavors. Raspberry red, Lemon yellow and Orange orange. I can still see and hear the commercials in my head. No green purple or blue like the new formula.

Better yet. Check out Ali’s Angels on FaceBook. Ali is one of many kids with Batten’s disease. Think ALS but in children and add blindness to the mix. If that page doesn’t touch your heart, you’re cold and there is no hope for you. Fighting to find a cure for this deadly disease and relatively untalked about disease is important. Think of your kids or grandkids with this disease and knowing you can’t help them and that they will die in just a few years. https://www.facebook.com/angelali07?fref=ts

Nice reference to Walt Kelly’s Pogo line: “We have met the enemy and they are us.”
