You have obviously taken this as political rather than medical. While the man is out of office his face continues to show up on Fox News, where he makes heartless statements, but I don’t think that is what was intended here.

The child does not need to be spanked- he’s already angry, but he does need to be taught that his behavior is not acceptable. The mother needs to be taught not to throw around phrases she doesn’t understand.

man has natural tendencies, not good or bad until told by their culture. Sin in one culture is not sin in another culture. Democrats, Republicans, prostitutes from Oregon- just weird comments you guys.

Certain Texans have been screaming about seceding for many years. Let them go! I’m tired of hearing them brag about how great they are all the time and how the rest of the country stinks.

As a lifeguard on the beach we’d send them down to the farthest guard for a hundred feet of shoreline.

I am about Lynn Johnston’s age and we had serials until the late 50’s, usually westerns or super hero serials. we ate a lot of candy but I’ve never heard of the ones they ate and we drank coke or Nehei. They were fun times-we didn’t have to go with our parents.

I use to take my high school students to the farmers market in the city and they loved it. Most had never really seen so much fresh food and they got to sample it. Now I live in the mountains in the country and we have a small farmers market. It is not as expensive as the grocery store and yes there is a big difference in farm fresh eggs and store bought eggs. The shell is dirty, the yoke is a deep yellow, the white is not runny and the taste is flavorful.

Federal contribution to elementary and “secondary education is about 10.8 percent, which includes funds not only from the Department of Education (ED) but also from other Federal agencies, such as the Department of Health and Human Services’ Head Start program and the Department of Agriculture’s School Lunch program.” This hardly qualifies as most of their funding. The rest comes from state and local funds as well as private funds.
The state’s Department of Health and Human Services requires that all lunches served to pre-kindergarten students — whether from school or home — meet USDA meal guidelines of one serving each of meat, milk and grain, and two servings of fruit or vegetables. It says the state’s Dept of Health and Human Resources, not the federal governments. I am not a Republican or a Democrat I just get tired of things get blown out of proportion and then people suggesting that the end of America is here. If you would like a one party system move to China or the Middle East, Africa or South America somewhere. We live in a country with two parties neither of which seem to be showing much sense these days, but both have their good and bad points. Even if you don’t like any government we can’t do without them. The state and local governments have more affect on you and you on them. vote
