Keep firmly in mind, that in Campaign Season (which is 24/7 these past few years),

Wife found that espresso, with hot water on fine grounds for just seconds, makes a lot of difference on what winds up in the cup.
Starbucks, with its over-roasted beans, makes a nasty brewed cup, but an Americano is espresso watered down, and bearable. Just.

Recent investigations are showing how the sugar industry has propagandized us to reject fats, and replace those with more sugar to get a little flavor.
The Omega-3 fats in grass-fed beef, butter, etc. are great, but feedlots result in Omega-6, not so healthy. ‘Queen of Fats’ for more info.

The craaazy old GF told me (and I believed her!) that
Ketchup (or even Catsup) is an Insult to a Cook!
If something needed Ketchup, it should have got it In the Kitchen.
