Ha ha hah – You’ve clearly thought this through very carefully, Sphinx Wormwood.
    I like that.

    Good news, Lost Bears,
Post-fire repairs are finally complete – I’ll be reoccupying my old digs very soon, whihc means The Lost Bear shall once again walk among us.
Thank you for your patience … assuming such gratitude is warranted.
NB: Sphinx Wormwood, if you are going to plaster my page with abstruse gibberish you are obliged to amuse me. I can’t believe you copied and pasted one hundred lines about fire and failed to mention The Goon Show claiming fire insurance after burning down a nearby lake. Lift your game before I torch your nasal hair!

    Soon, I hope!
The good news is that after a year of glorified camping our home and my studio are almost rebuilt – pretty much exactly 12 months after our epic house fire.
I still have some injuries but nothing major – just a couple of toes that won’t bend and a stiff shoulder.
Apologies for the delay, I had not idea this process would take a whole year – however I thank yo for your support and I raise my glass to a far more enjoyable year ahead!!!
    Cheers!

That’s some saucy wordplay, sphinx wormwood … or at least it would be if there was any literal, oblique or vaguely remote reference in this cartoon to The Hobbit or indeed any aspect of Tolkien’s Middle-earth you overreaching fantasy fistula!
Consider that a warning for punning and shoe-horning in the same comment.
“May the wind under your wings bear you where the sun sails and the moon walks.”
