    Shannon summed up her dad in one sentence, “He always shows up for HIS shows”. It’s all about him. I can see that once Toni and Brad get married, they’ll adopt Shannon. Her dad is a waste of flesh.

    What you say is SO true. My late wife kept herself busy at the same time she fought her endometrial cancer. She worked a 40 hour week right up to within 2 months off her death. She said it gave her purpose. It’s been 7 years since her passing and I miss her every day.

    I’ve been there with my spouse, and it downright sucks. At this point you steel yourself for what is to come. In my case, the song " I’m Going To Harden My Heart" by Quarterflash became my song.

    Anyone notice the tear on her cheek in the last panel? My heart goes out to all women who have suffered through cancer treatments. People have little idea the pain and discomfort they suffer through.
