Good for Elly! What a jerk that guy is. (I’d use a stronger word if the comments section allowed it.) I’d want to do the same thing she did but I’d be too afraid.

Why do they have separate rooms?!?

There are a few things people can say that are unforgivable. Alix just said one of them.

Don’t see the point of this cartoon. Swearing on the Bible never kept anybody from lying in court. Actually, fear that a lie detector test might work could induce some people to tell the truth, if it were used. But they aren’t ever used in court, afaik.

I don’t understand why she feels guilty. Her kids have to eat. They need a roof over their heads. Bills need to get paid so parents have to work. If John does not feel guilty going to work every day, there is no reason why she should.

I’m up at 5:30 6 days a week for my Ashtanga class, so I guess she beats me.

Looks like a cute costume. Not sure why Elly is upset about it.

So cleats, shoulder pads, and helmets are dated? Do they play in bare feet with no protective gear now?

Max appears to be wearing a shrug. Nothing wrong with that, just seems an odd clothing choice for a teenage (not sure his age?) boy.
