    So Columbus:
Was wrong about the size of the earth.
When he landed he was thousands of miles from where he thought he should be.
Maintained his wrong beliefs even when proven wrong.
He was a poor leader and administrator.
Never sat foot on mainland America.
And did it all on borrowed money.
So to honor him government workers get the day off?

You also have to be worried about someone who must keep busy. Being busy just to be busy may mean you are hiding from something.
However, if she has a passion for the business then that is another thing entirely. It is a rare person who gets paid for doing something they would do for free. Someone one said that if you find your true calling you will never “work” a day in your life again.

That looks like a two headed rabbit in the last panel. The one saying, “come on kids. . .”
It might be from trying to show movement. But, it looks like a two headed rabbit.

Because he was in an active anti-establishment group that protested the way then current art world worked. The group had stolen paintings before and Picasso did have stolen art in his apartment.

I learned about it in this nice podcast about the Louvre:

Why is a book about baseball age limited? Cannot a 14 year like a strip about baseball? I am not knocking this book alone. You see it all over. Why do they think this book isn’t for everyone? Because they don’t include strips with big words or those that deal with complex emotions? All in some misguided feeling that the kids would be bothered or upset at those strips. If that is so they miss what made Peanuts so great.

What is that banner ad about a new collection for ages 7 – 12? What are they doing? Censoring the strip? Picking those strips that don’t challenge the kids. Well that is stupid. Do your kids and yourselves a favor and only buy complete collections. There is nothing there that is bad for kids to read. The only thing it may do is challenge your kids. Which is what you want if you want them to grow into full adults. This trend to dumb things down for kids is stupid. Peanuts is still popular today for a reason. Don’t let an editor think they know best.

I don’t get the book title either. But use of the term “zig zag” makes me wonder about a scandal in his past.

I think he is talking about the fact that most people eat outside in the summer and that makes it the perfect time for smelly goat cheese.
At least that is my take on it.

Well the way I see it, guys go overboard. If you see cleavage just be cool about it. When you act all stupid and drooling you are just ruining it for the rest of us. If women start covering up I will blame you. Just enjoy the quick glimpse when she pretends to look someplace else.
