Copywrite 2000 – she’s 24 years old now, huge student debt if she’s lucky enough to have made it through school; and there’s still a chance she could strike it rich on a startup, but as plans go it’s a little better than winning the lottery. Not that Mr Lowe is doing so well himself being an educator in these educator adverse times.

Oh sure, it does as long as the accused is poor like lucky ducky (especially if he’s a dark mallard), but there’s that special unwritten exemption for those golden retrievers. Good doggie!

Oh yeah, “Mighty White O’ Yo”. Capp’s South was a mighty white place, so I wonder how Mammy knew the difference.

Dang, make a flip remark & wander away ….
If anyone’s checking at this late point, my remark was of the ‘if it ain’t dirty, you’re not doing it right’ school of snark. This strip celebrates couple intimacies as well as could be done in the context of modern publishing IMHO, and I love it for that. Tones get lost on the net, and every so often one forgets that important consideration.
