I wish my dad was still alive to see this strip! One of the very few memories I have back when I was 4, was of dad making pancakes for me and my two brothers for breakfast. Dad did not make very good pancakes. The boys just poured plenty of syrup on their pancake and gobbled it down so they could go outside and play. I just couldn’t get mine to go down my throat….so I put it under my plate and told him I had finished. I was just at the door with my hand on the knob when he picked up my plate. I spent the rest of the morning in my room.

I would like to direct everyone’s attention to the August 1st strip…note the pot on the stove in panel one and the look on TJ’s face in panel three. I think his pressure cooker exploded and the oil combusted, causing the fire.

A woman’s coccyx can break when she gives birth (vaginally, as opposed to C-section, that is).

Maybe if Jane showed the little whipper-snapper her ‘va-ji-ji’ it would remind Sky where she came from and eliminate any need for a second ID.

Ok, just peel away the skin AND the layer of dark flesh next too it. THAT is what tastes “fishy” because it’s where the blood settled after the fish died.

Today, I remember many members of my family who gave their all for this country. I especially miss my dad who fought in 3 wars/conflicts in his lengthy career in the USAF. I also THANK every person who ever fought in any capacity to ensure our freedoms.
