    I grew up in and around Boise, traffic has ALWAYS been horrible, When I learned to drive, (early 70’s) the joke was…Line up all the cars in the world three wide and end to end and some a** from Boise will try to pass.

    A little take on that….A man missing an item went back the the counter, and not wanting anyone to take his lunch wrote on a napkin that he had spit on it….returning finding penciled under his, “so did I.”

    Yep, High School cheerleader, (very pretty blonde) did the same. For more than a month it was a lovely shade of green, progressively getting lighter.

    I put one of the “scary” figures on the front walk, attached a sign the outstretched hand with “You must be under this highto receive goodies.” Seems to work so far.

    We lived a block or two away from a Convent, we loved to play on the lawns there, and were quite often chased off by the grounds keeper.
