I was lucky, the break was just above the ankle and after 5 months I was walking just fine and last year (6 years later) I began jogging. I don’t plan on a marathon, but I am doing 25 – 35 miles a week.

I know you are a Virginia kid so I wondered if this was your Billy Kidd. http://vasheriff.org/sheriffs-resources/va-sheriffs-directory/ (scroll down to Buckingham County).

From one fan, I find your strip quite imaginative. You often find ways to reference pop culture or a throwback that I can relate to. Whether it is a different comic strip like ‘Calvin and Hobbes’ to movies like ‘Star Wars’ or todays ‘Close Encounters’.

Keep doing what you are doing!!
    Thank you!

‘Satan doesn’t use anyone because he’s as real as Voldemort.’

That’s what he wants you to think, if he is not real then there are no real consequences for your actions.

Sorry, Robbie was from Forbidden planet. The Lost in Space Robot was just called ‘Robot’

This would be no more the case than Calvin with the TV. Hobbs still got more time and attention. My 2 yr. old grandson loves to play with Grandma’s tablet but still loves to play with his cars and trucks in the real world more than ever.

Otis Redding recorded the song ‘Sittin On the Dock of the Bay’ on December 9, 1967 and was killed in a plane crash the very next day. (Bing’s Day in History)

I understand well; I had an uncle that was a high school dropout. He learned electronics in the military and when he got out he worked for an aerospace company as a tech. He eventually worked his way up to engineer and was one of the lead designers behind the guidance systems on minute man missiles and many other cutting edge technology projects. Pre 1980’s it was much more common for non-degreed people to work their way into senior positions. They brought hard earned knowledge as well as a ton of practical knowledge that a degree could not give. I wish more companies were willing to look for these types of people today and give them a chance in the work place.
