Very simply: The law says in order to vote, one must be a citizen. Additionally, the law says that all adults in the U.S. must be able to produce identification when requested. What’s the big deal? Oh, that’s right… We must scare everyone into thinking that Republucans hate everyone and everything. Yaaawwwwwnnnn.

Mr. Rogers… You, sir, are delusional. This is no more representative of the truth of the situation in Israel than saying Stalin was a humanitarian. Hamas should learn to leave things alone and attempt living in peace.

Or tryin to place the blame for everything currently wrong on only the most recent previous administration. Leadership is about taking what you have and leading, not complaining about it and looking for blame.

I would put one of these in my house if I had the space. Brilliant!

Drew, Drew, Drew… I can’t believe you fell for it. The media hooked you good on this one. There’s nothing in Dungy’s remarks that even remotely point to this view. I’m disappointed.

actually, Mr. Rogers needs to move his concentration about 2 feet north. The ruling, and application, should reflect a centering on the brain… Where choices and personal decisions (thus responsibility) are made.

I’m just wondering what’s so bad about the option shown in the cartoon? Don’t we deserve the choice… The ability to decide for ourselves? After all, the best, most effective form of birth control is abstinence… And it’s free. Right?

Where are you getting that data? Cite a source and let us know what that 32,000 includes. FBI data shows 8,583 murders by all firearms. That’s a HUGE difference, so something is missing. http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/ucr/crime-in-the-u.s/2011/crime-in-the-u.s.-2011/tables/expanded-homicide-data-table-11

Not sure where he is getting his data or what he’s including in that 32,000 per year number, but according to the FBI, there were just over 6,000 murders in the U.S. By handguns in 2012. By comparison, there were just over 10,000 DUI related deaths in the same year. By the way, the handgun death rate is trending downward. Would one dare to entertain the idea that the downward trend might possibly be due to the rise in responsible citizens legally carrying or possessing guns?
